Second Day at the Occupation

Posted: November 27, 2011 in Uncategorized

My second day spent at the occupation was far more interesting. The group seemed to interact with more of the public and I got more interviews than I did before. I again felt very welcome from the moment I set foot in the camp and the feeling of solidarity was immediately apparent. Throughout the course of the day I got some interesting footage and even saw one member of the public who came down for a talk and began expressing racist views get logically put down by the entire camp, which was enlightening, and showed me further that the group are a clever bunch who just need to get their voices heard.
